Website and portfolio
The site presents our work and team, provides contact options, and offers access to online features. Portfolio examples include released websites and explicitly identified concepts or prototypes. A prototype is not necessarily accepting real purchases, registrations, or bookings.
Rights in the website, images, trademarks, and client work belong to their respective owners. Browsing the site does not grant permission to republish brands, materials, or code, or to impersonate another organization.
Inquiries and booking
Sending an inquiry requests a conversation. It does not automatically start a paid project or guarantee capacity, a price, or a delivery date. Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, and timing are agreed separately in the applicable project agreement.
Call scheduling uses Cal.com. Check the appointment details and confirmation. Use the confirmation links or contact us to change a booking. Emailing proposed times alone does not confirm an appointment.
Accounts and materials
Use portals only when you have been granted access. Protect your sign-in details and do not use another person's account or permissions. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Make sure you are authorized to share the files and information you provide. Do not send confidential records, passwords, or payment-card details through the general inquiry form or AI assistant. Review the relevant document and details before an approval or signature.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, bypass security or usage limits, upload malicious files, send spam, or disrupt access for other users. Respect applicable law, privacy, and the rights of others.
Access may be restricted or features paused to address misuse, security concerns, or maintenance. Obligations for ongoing paid work are governed by the separate agreement.
AI and external services
The optional AI assistant provides general guidance and may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. Do not treat its replies as bookings, quotes, or contractual commitments. Confirm important information with the team. The assistant cannot access private accounts or take action on your behalf.
External websites, scheduling services, and other providers have their own terms and privacy practices. Website content and features may change. If a feature is unavailable, contact us by email.
Agreements and contact
Where a separately signed agreement conflicts with these general website terms, that agreement governs the relevant project or service. Nothing on this page limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If these terms change, we will update this page and its date. An update does not automatically rewrite a previously agreed project contract.
