Information you provide
- The inquiry form receives your name, email address, message, and any company name or phone number you choose to provide. If you email us, we receive the information in that email.
- If you book a call through Cal.com, the scheduling flow handles the contact details, appointment time, and notes you enter there. Review the booking screen before confirming.
- Client and team portals handle account and workspace information, access permissions, shared project information, files and messages, and approval or signing records when those features are used. Separate client agreements also govern the handling of client business records.
Do not put passwords, payment-card information, health information, or confidential customer records in a general inquiry or chat.
Technical data and storage
Hosting, authentication, and abuse-prevention providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, and authentication or verification data. The inquiry service also uses technical information to check duplicate submissions and request frequency.
The site stores your language preference and this browser's AI-reply usage counter in local storage. Sign-in features and external booking or security services may also use cookies or storage they require. Clearing browser storage may reset preferences or sign you out.
Uses and service providers
We use information to respond to inquiries, manage appointments and agreed work, operate workspaces, communicate, and prevent misuse. An inquiry is used to create internal lead records and notify the team.
- Google/Firebase provides hosting, authentication, database and file storage, security verification, and optional AI functionality.
- Make.com is used for inquiry-notification automation and processes the inquiry details and contact information. Email services handle messages and replies.
- Cal.com handles scheduling. External asset services such as Google Fonts may receive network information when fonts or necessary site resources load.
Security verification uses reCAPTCHA. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that service.
When you open an external site or service, its own terms and data practices also apply. Hosting and support may involve processing outside your country of residence.
Optional AI assistant
Some basic assistant answers come from information on this site. When an AI answer is requested, your input and conversation context are sent to Google Gemini through Firebase AI to generate a response. AI can be wrong. Do not enter personal or confidential information.
The assistant does not submit inquiries, book appointments, or access private accounts. Use the inquiry form or email to contact the team.
Retention and your choices
Retention needs vary with the record and its purpose, including an inquiry, ongoing work, contract or accounting records, security, and legal obligations. This notice does not promise a single automatic deletion deadline for every record. Contact us with questions about retention.
You can contact the address below to request access, correction, deletion, or an end to communications concerning your information. We may need to verify your identity. We will consider the request under applicable rights and exceptions and explain where records need to be retained.
Choose what you share and use approved project channels for confidential material. No online transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
