Choose the kind of session
- Workshops where participants try a task with guidance and discuss the result.
- Seminars that introduce a topic and leave room for questions from the group.
- Team training for a shared workflow, a new internal tool, or a change in everyday practice.
Use examples people recognize
A session can use a spreadsheet task, an email draft, a research question, or a process that crosses several tools. We agree on examples before the session so the exercises connect to the work participants actually do.
For AI topics, practice includes checking an answer, recognizing missing information, and deciding when a person needs to review the output. Sample or redacted material lets the group work through a task without putting live customer records into an exercise.
Agree on the starting point
Tell us which tools staff already use and what they should be able to do after the session. We work out the audience, format, examples, and access needed for hands-on practice.
The session can include a short reference or a documented workflow for later use. Questions raised during practice can also inform a follow-up session or a separate software project. We agree on that scope with you before making arrangements.
Plan a workshop, seminar, or team session
Share the topic, who will attend, and the tasks they want to learn. We will discuss a session format and practical examples with you.
