Set the brief before producing assets
We define the audience, offer, main message, and action the work should support. The brief also records the formats you need and where they will appear. A website launch and a social campaign may share an idea while requiring different layouts and amounts of copy.
Existing brand rules, approved claims, production constraints, and the launch date shape the concepts. We agree who makes the final decision before the first review.
Give the idea a visual and verbal shape
- A campaign brief that explains the intended message and how the materials will be used.
- Visual references and concept boards with notes on imagery, colour, typography, and composition.
- Headline and message directions that fit the offer and your existing brand voice.
- Art direction for agreed page layouts or campaign formats, including how the concept adapts.
- Production notes and handoff material for the people creating the final assets.
Make approvals part of the process
We present concepts against the brief so feedback has a shared reference. Your decision maker gathers comments from the team into one response. We then refine the selected direction and confirm it before detailed production begins.
The project scope names the review stages, final formats, and production responsibilities. If photography, illustration, video, or other specialist work is needed, we identify the required assets and the person responsible for supplying them.
Bring the material behind the brief
Send your brand files, existing material, product or service details, and examples you can explain. Tell us what works in each reference and what needs to change. Include the placement list, deadline, and approval contacts so we can recommend a useful scope.
